Hur konfigurerar jag övervakningsregler för Reolink-kameror i Professional-serien?
Is a subscription fee required for Reolink PoE cameras?
No. All smart detection and storage features work without a subscription fees.
What kind of Junction Box can I use with this model?
The D20 Junction Box is compatible
Where are the recordings stored? Is NVR a must?
It supports standalone operation with SD card storage.
1. When it works without an NVR, the recordings can be saved to the microSD card (purchased separately);
2. When it works with an NVR, the recordings can be saved to the NVR.
Note: For best compatibility, do not use the camera with third-party NVRs.
Can I use this camera with Synology?
Yes, via Surveillance Station or FTP setup.
Method 1 (recommended): You can add this camera to the Synology Surveillance Station. See setup guide
Method 2: You can treat your Synology device as an FTP server. For detailed steps, read through the setup guide.
How long does an HDD last for recordings?

Can I turn off the spotlights?
Yes. Spotlights can be manually turned off, or configured via motion activation.
By default, the camera's spotlights are motion activated: meaning it will switch on automatically when motion is detected. You can turn them off or adjust the brightness to your liking.
Note: Spotlights allow for clear color night vision when on. When off, the camera will only capture black and white images.
Which Ethernet cable should I use?
Any 8-pin CAT5 or higher cable with T-568B wiring.
What kind of microSD card is supported?
Up to 512GB, FAT32 format, Class 10 speed.
Does this camera support time-lapse?
Yes, Time-lapse can be saved to the SD card.
Does the camera support two-way audio?
Yes, the camera supports two-way audio via its built-in mic and speaker, allowing for real-time communication through the Reolink App.
